Navistar faces class action suit in Canada over engines

(Oct. 2, 2014) -- The action alleges that the emissions control system embedded into the MaxxForce EGR Engine is defective. It is alleged that the MaxxForce EGR Engine generates more heat within the engine than it can withstand, and the excess heat and pressure generated leads to broken valves and exhaust leaks that melt and destroy certain engine components.

Missouri officials snub campground hearing
