Former Three Bears Lodge owner gets probation

(Oct. 20, 2014) -- Van Der Molen was ordered to pay restitution that will be calculated at a later date and cannot sell securities as part of his sentence in Monroe County Circuit Court. The judge stayed a 60-day jail sentence, the LaCrosse Tribune reported.
