(Sept. 30, 2014) -- July GDP remained unchanged in the month following an unrevised 0.3 percent increase in June. The report was much weaker than anticipated with market expectations assuming a July monthly increase of 0.3 percent, RBC Economics reported today.

(Sept. 30, 2014) -- Marcus and Millichap announced the sale of Covered Wagon RV Park, a 44-site RV park with two manufactured home sites and an office built on 3.27 acres in Phoenix, according to Don Morrow, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office. The asset was listed for $1,250,000, AZBigMedia reported.
