Council approves zoning for N.M. RV park

(Sept. 29, 2014) -- The Eagle Nest Village Council approved Clovis developer Fox Guinn’s request to rezone his property in Holiday Hills pending his completion of three requirements at a special council meeting Sept. 23, the Sangre de Cristo Chronicle reported.
