Young boy electrocuted by touching RV in Illinois
(July 4, 2014) -- Such a condition occurs, says Sokol, “when something happens to an RV’s wiring or grounding system and the skin of an RV then has an elevated voltage on it. What makes that dangerous is if you are standing on the grass or damp earth and you touch any metal part of the RV you become the current-carrying conductor. The current can go through you and stop your heart.”
