(June 4, 2014) -- Jeremy Plautz, who leads law enforcement training and recruitment for the Wisconsin DNR, told WISC-TV that recordings are made for a variety of reasons, and that technology has improved to the point devices are now pocket-sized and officers even wear small camera.
