Good Sam to withhold public disclosure of financials

(June 2, 2014) -- With its publicly traded debt paid off, Good Sam/Camping World is no longer required to file financial statements disclosing its earnings and expenses, RV Daily Report has learned. The company has been restructured using bank debt, which essentially makes it a private company.
