Prosecuters outline charges against Van der Molen

(April 18, 2014) -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice has filed a three-part complaint against an RV park developer charging Edward Van der Molen with racketeering, securities fraud and theft by contractor, RV Daily Report has learned.
