GECDF sues McMahon’s RV, seeks all inventory

(April 8, 2014) -- GE Commercial Distribution Finance has sued Mega RV Corp., which does business as McMahon RV and their dissolved Arizona affiliate MCMRV, RV Daily Report has learned. The dealership is out of trust with GE to the tune of $3,548,116, and the lender is seeking immediate repossession of all inventory.
