U.S. industrial production falls in January

(Feb. 14, 2014) -- Industrial production in the United States fell by 0.3 percent in January 2014, thereby missing market expectations for a 0.2 percent gain, RBC Economics reported. Canadian manufacturing sales declined for the first time in four months in December 2013, dropping 0.9 percent.
