Employee files suit against Southeast Publications

(Feb. 6, 2014) -- The discrimination action was brought by Patricia Packer, a 54-year-old woman who managed Southeast Publications’ art department until the company’s founder died and his 38-year-old son took charge and implemented an “out with the old, in with the new” policy, the complaint charges.
