RV park plan rejected in Louisiana

(Jan. 21, 2014) -- According to the Press Journal, Bill and Linda Blakey want to purchase a city lot for the project next to one they already own, but they must secure a zoning change to do so. Opponents expressed concern over how long people would be allowed to stay, noise levels and esthetics.
