Lippert Components acquires Fortress Technologies

(Dec. 17, 2013) -- The manufacturer of specialized RV chassis located in Middlebury, Ind., was acquired for $3.3 million. Fortress had annualized sales of about $3 million. The business will be managed by LCI’s Chassis Division, allowing the team to further strengthen and expand manufacturing capabilities, a release noted.
