(Nov. 12, 2013) -- The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) recognized the achievements of top private park operators, state associations and industry volunteers Nov. 7 during its annual Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo in Knoxville, Tenn.

(Nov. 12, 2013) -- “Consistently earning an overall ‘A’ grade from guests is difficult, and our 27 winners this year represent less than 2 percent of all of the nation’s campgrounds. But what is even more impressive is that four of this year’s winners have also received this award for six years in a row,” said MacKinnon.

(Nov. 12, 2013) -- The mega park of the year award is presented annually to RV parks featuring more than 500 campsites and is based on several criteria, including customer service, employee training, operational excellence, national directory ratings and community service.
