Survivor of Fla. RV park killing spree sues DCF

(Sept. 24, 2013) -- With his system overloaded with drugs, William De Jesus went on a deadly rampage at the Highland Woods RV Park in Deerfield Beach in Feb. 2012. He stabbed his two young sons and wife, and now the surviving boy has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Children and Families, writes the New Times Broward-Palm Beach.
