RVer cleared in bridge crushing accident

(July 8, 2013) -- The final police report said the recreation vehicle clearly had the green light when traveling past the warning lights onto the bridge. The bridge tender said her attention was focused on heavy pedestrian traffic and that she though the bridge was clear when activating switches to raise the structure.
