Owner of Lake Rudolph Campground passes away

(April 9, 2013) -- Phillip J. Koch, owner and president of Lake Rudolph Campground and RV Resort,  passed away early this morning surrounded by his family at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind. He was 47.
