EFF warns business owners about "patent trolls"

(Jan. 10, 2013) -- Patent trolls are threatening companies for using scanners to create PDFs that are then e-mailed to others. More recently, a patent troll called Innovatio has been suing restaurants, hotels, and companies for using WiFi.
