FEMA buys TL units despite chronic flaws

But, problems with the units were so bad, FEMA spent $1.3 million in October 2011 to fix warped exteriors on 581 TL trailers at FEMA's Selma, Ala., facility.

Court of Appeals upholds Winegard decision

(Dec. 3, 2012) -- King Controls had previously accused Winegard of infringing claims of two U.S. patents owned by King Controls when Winegard developed its Carryout product. Winegard stipulated that the Carryout product infringed the patents, but argued and later proved the patents were invalid as obvious, the company noted in a press release.
