(Oct. 26, 2012) -- "The case sets a precedent in declaring an RV dealership has the responsibility to verify the work of a state motor vehicle's department," Palmer told RV Daily Report. "The court basically ruled that if a dealership receives a title that indicates an RV is a 2003 model when, in fact, it is a 2002 model,  then the company has the onus to verify the title."

(Oct. 26, 2012) -- LeRoy Hare, age 90, of Clewiston, passed away after an extended illness on Oct. 24. Hare was president of Hare Lumber And Ready Mix, Inc., Okeechobee Landings RV Resort, Inc. and partner in Easy Life Subdivision. He was also a co-owner of Twin Lakes Subdivision, Inc. in the 1980s.

(Oct. 26, 2012) -- Lazydays will host its first annual Freedom Rally in Daytona from Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 through Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 on a 300-site campground, located on Midway Avenue just outside Daytona Motor Speedway’s famous, “Turn 4,” according to a press release from Lazydays.

(Oct. 26, 2012) -- KXLF Butte News reports that Kyler Schmitz, of Billings, has been charged with eight counts of arson for allegedly starting the Bear Trap 2 Fire in a Montana campground in June.
