Arizona voters could take back the Grand Canyon

(Oct. 25, 2012) -- If the proposal passes, it would amend the state constitution to give Arizona control and jurisdiction over not just the Grand Canyon but all the "air, water, public lands, minerals, wildlife and other natural resources” within the 227-mile long canyon, Fox News reported.
