Initial jobless claims rise again

(Oct. 4, 2012) -- Initial U.S. unemployment insurance claims rose by 4,000 to 367,000 in the week ending Sept. 29, thereby retracing only a small portion of the previous week’s 22,000 drop to an upwardly revised 363,000 (initially reported as 359,000), RBC Economics reported.
