Dallas firm hired to investigate Navistar fraud claims

(Aug. 14, 2012) -- Basden & Ivie, PC announced Monday that the firm has been retained to investigate claims of fraud and fraudulent inducement of fleet and operator customers by Navistar International Corporation and its agents and subsidiaries. Specifically, the Firm will be looking into claims related to clients who purchased MAXXFORCE EGR-equipped engines prior to the announcement of the future adoption of ICT+ technology.

American RV partners with Friends of Harmonie

(Aug. 13, 2012) -- American RV Center in Evansville, Ind., pledged $5,000 to Friends of Harmonie to bring a new outdoor venue and stage to Harmonie State Park near New Harmony, Ind. The multi-use stage is planned to be built near the campground entrance to allow campers and non-campers the ability to attend and host events in this new space.
