Lippert, Kinro expand research and development

(Aug. 29, 2012) -- LCI acquired a rapid prototype machine designed to render and produce actual plastic prototype parts from a 3D CAD. In connection with the prototype machine, LCI also acquired CNC and plasma-cutting steel fabrication machines. LCI plans to use this new capability for in-house product development, as well as to provide custom solutions for customers in the RV and towable trailer industries.
