Maine town fines RVer $3,250 over parking dispute

(Aug. 16, 2012) -- According to the Bangor Daily News, the issue surrounds the town's contention that an RV used as a permanent living residence was placed too close to a neighbor's property. Zoning laws require a 25-foot setback, and the RV was originally placed about 17 to 18 feet from the boundary line.
