(June 5, 2012) -- The Board of Directors of Flexsteel Industries, Inc. approved a 50 percent increase in the company’s quarterly dividend by declaring $0.15 per share dividend payable July 2 to shareholders of record as of June 15. This is the third increase since March 2009 when the dividend was $0.05 per share. It is also the 282nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend given by the company.

(June 5, 2012) -- Due to increased fire danger, Prescott National Forest will implement Stage II fire restrictions on June 8 starting at 8 am. These additional fire restrictions will remain in effect until forest officials determine that conditions have changed sufficiently to reduce the risk of human-caused wildfire.
