Feds come after campgrounds for ADA — again
(June 27, 2012) -- According to CNS News, new provisions in the "Revised ADA Standards for Accessible Design," which went into effect early this year now requires businesses to allow miniature horses on their premises as guide animals for the disabled, another limits the height of slopes on miniature golf holes, and others regulate saunas, golf courses, exercise equipment and amusement park rides.
