RV industry to be hit with new formaldehyde suits

(June 26, 2012) -- Tyler Kent, a Mississippi attorney, told the Elkhart Truth that he and other Gulf Coast lawyers are preparing a civil suit regarding FEMA trailers sold at auction by the U.S. General Services Administration. The new round of complaints are expected to be filed in September or October.
