Learn2 Camp in a Missouri state park

Viking RV files Chapter 7 bankruptcy

(May 2, 2012) -- Viking RV filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection last week seeking a total discharge of all its debts, RV Daily Report has learned. The decision will impact between 100 and 199 creditors, according to court documents. Total assets are less than $50,000 and total liabilities are also less than $50,000. Viking RV was one of the companies caught up in the formaldehyde class action lawsuit following Hurricane Katrina. Dozens of claims were filed against the now bankrupt manufacturer.
