ASA Electronics purchases Marine Audio

(May 4, 2012) -- ASA Electronics announced today it has purchased the assets of Marine Audio Engineering and Sales.  The acquisition will diversify ASA’s portfolio allowing the company to add additional outdoor electronics to its line-up, according to a press release.
