California targets RV dealers in seller finance bill

At the present time it only addresses auto-related financing, but a lobbiest said there is behind-the-scenes consideration of adding manufactured housing, RVs, and boats to the bill by changing the language from auto dealers to dealers engaged in the sale and consumer finance of titled property.
