FEMA auctioning up to 586 mobile homes in Joplin

(Feb. 23, 2012) -- The Federal Emergency Management Association has already sold 38 mobile homes and RVs used to house families following last summer's tornados that ripped through Joplin, KOAM-TV reported today.
