FEMA classifies S.D. RV park as flood plain
(Dec. 5, 2011) -- Linda Larson, owner of Larson's Landing RV Park in Yankton, says the 2011 flood that filled the park with nothing but sand is only part of her trouble. FEMA has made most of the property a flood plain, meaning mobile homes will no longer be allowed at the park, reports KCAU.
