(Nov. 25, 2011) -- The park will be set on more than 4,300 acres between Fort Bragg and U.S. 401 north of Fayetteville. The early-20th-century estate has a home and several other historical features, including a pavilion, a water mill and an electrical generating station, according to the Fayetteville Observer.
