(Nov. 21, 2011) -- Larry and Glenna Baird sent the following letter to their customers Nov. 20 noting that Woodall's Campground Directory and Trailer Life will be discontinued in 2012. It will be replaced by the Good Sam Travel Guide, which they say will make loyal Woodall's users feel abandoned.
