In Minnesota: Wapiti Park Campground won’t close Dec. 31
(Dec. 23, 2011) -- The Star News reports the Elk River City Council in Minnesota had voted in July to revoke a conditional use permit for Wapiti Park Campground, effective Dec. 31, unless the campground took corrective action requested by the city. But the newspaper notes the campground sued the city.
