(April 26, 2013) -- The Louisiana Record says a lawsuit accuses the State of Louisiana of failing to regularly maintain and inspect the bathroom area on the property, failing to timely inspect and repair the bathroom floor area, failing to warn of the danger and allowing a dangerous condition to exist after proper or constructive notice.

(April 26, 2013) -- A bill to transfer ownership of Wildlife Prairie State Park to a not-for-profit organization was unanimously passed Thursday by the Illinois state Senate, reports the Peoria Journal Star.
