Ark. advances bill restricting sex offenders at playgrounds

(Jan. 24, 2013) -- The Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously approved a bill Wednesday to restrict level three and level four sex offenders from playgrounds and public swimming areas and beaches in state parks, reports KUAR.
