Meadville KOA gears up for Halloween-themed events

(Sept. 4, 2017) -- Meadville Robyn Chilson who owns the Meadville KOA along with her husband, Tim, says, "We enjoy having our Halloween events a bit earlier than most campgrounds. It seems to allow more families to take part."
