MD: Ribbon cutting held for St. John’s Rock ORV Trail

(July 27, 2017) -- Several elected officials were among the guests at a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the St. John’s Rock Off Road Vehicle (ORV) Trail and Campground.
