Lassen national park sued over child’s death in fall

(Jan. 7, 2012) -- The San Francisco Chronicle reports a family’s horror has since turned to rage against the National Park Service after a 9-year-old boy died as a result of a 2-foot retaining wall supporting a trail giving way at Lassen Volcanic National Park.
