CA: Kern River rescue underway near Sandy Flat Campground

(July 5, 2017) -- Kern County first responders rescued one person and are attempting to save another in the Kern River near Sandy Flat Campground in the Lake Isabella area Tuesday afternoon, according to Kern County Sheriff's officials.
