MI: Flooding not dampening campers’ spirits this holiday

(July 3, 2017) -- As flood waters continue to recede after portions of Mid Michigan received extensive flooding, not everyone was going to let the flooding take the fun out of their 4th of July holiday weekend, including campers at Bay City State Recreational Area.
