AK: Chilly Memorial Day weekend can’t deter campers

(May 30, 2017) -- Despite cool, overcast weather that brought a dusting of snow to higher elevations, Memorial Day Weekend brought throngs of visitors to Chugiak-Eagle River area campgrounds.
