TN: Students receive backpacks from Blue Ridge Rally

(May 16, 2017) -- Members of the Blue Ridge Rally camping group delivered the first 25 to fifth-graders during their graduation assembly Monday morning, and organizer Sharon Sigmon assured the other students, “We’ve got you covered too.”
