Tuber fined for trespassing on campground property in Tenn.

(Dec. 10, 2012) -- The Maryville Daily Times reports a Tennessee campground manager testifies that he told a group of tubers that they could not exit at the campground, which is private property, and asked them each to pay $2 to go around the dam on campground property. The trial focused on one tuber said he did not pay and, as a result, the campground manger said he was not a customer and therefore not covered by insurance.
