S.D.: Council decides against manager position

(May 2, 2017) -- A lake manager position pitched to oversee Lake Mitchell and the adjacent Lake Mitchell Campground was squashed Monday night after City Council members questioned the need for the $53,000 post, pointing to concerns from the public about the cost.
