NE: Full steam ahead for RV campground

(April 5, 2017) -- Turning Plattsmouth’s riverfront into a 28.5-acre commercial recreational vehicle campground is full steam ahead with city council approving the redevelopment plan, rezoning, replat and changes to the land development ordinance following a series of public hearings in which no one objected.
