Voter decision continues to benefit Colorado parks

(Nov. 27, 2012) -- The chairman of the Great Outdoors Colorado Board and the executive director of the Colorado Municipal League, writing in The Coloradoan, talk about an amendment that made Colorado the only state in the nation to dedicate virtually all of its lottery proceeds to its outdoors.
