Nevada developers lose appeal on access issue

(Nov. 26, 2012) -- The Nevada Supreme Court has denied the appeal of a local couple who sued Humboldt County over the closure of a right-of-way that was technically controlled by the Nevada Department of Transportation, reports the Silver Pinyon Journal. The couple wanted direct access to an RV park they hoped to open.
